We are just a family trying to live healthy and share the bounty with our friends and neighbors. When I thought about getting a goat for milk and cheese back in ’06 it was because I am allergic to cow milk, I had trouble finding good tasting milk locally so I decided to do it myself. I didn’t realize how many people were looking who like myself needed the goats milk. So we decided to open a micro dairy and offer raw goats milk, and later added on raw goats milk cheeses. In 2013 we added a small pasteurizer so we could do fresh cheeses and started to grow herbs for our cheeses and fruit & berries for our yogurt! The new 2015 year is dawning and we are ready to move forward with new products and ideas!
